Love the Doctors there. Dr. Rowsell is my PCP. Very Personable and cares about what you say. He also explains himself. Helen is my all time favorite!! I enjoy going to the Doctors because of Helen :)
Just had my first appointment. I saw Nicole. I have to say it went so well. I didn't feel rushed. I was allowed to go through my list of things I wanted to discuss. We had very open conversations. And it felt so good to work together to come up with plans for my health. Very excited to start this new year with plans to make long term health changes.
First visit at this office and it was great. No waiting. Dr. K. Hartman was very kind, professional, and practical in her approach. Am pleased I chose BAFP to head up my medical needs!
They are always friendly on the phone and office staff. Nicole is 5/5 stars for a provider. She listens, is always kind, and always respectful and upbeat. I was referred to her by my friend, and I continue to refer friends and family to her/ this facility.
The experience at this Drs office compared to my last Drs office, like night and day. The Dr was informative to what I was telling her about how I was feeling and explained to me what may be causing these problems and actually gave me referrals to start a process to get answers. All staff were polite, I didn’t feel like another person, everyone actually cared.
I just saw Dr. Lucido for a new patient appointment today and I’ve never had a doctor like him. Most physicians are all business which is always nice but Dr. Lucido is very personable and can have a laughable but serious conversation even when you’ve got concerns. He’s great at reassuring you that everything will be fine and gives great methods to fix a problem. He saw my brother for a collapsed lung issue and has been nothing short of amazing. I’m 23 and I will only go here from now on as my family physician. If I can recommend anybody, go see Dr. Lucido and you won’t regret it because he truly takes time out of his day to listen.
